My favorite pie

I don't know how its real name of this pie and its original origin, I was just calling pie crust, with cheese and ham.
The filling for this pie may be different, and contain salty or sweet ingredients, meat, vegetables, mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs, fruit, chocolate ...... whatever comes to mind and that is to your taste.
Crisp batter: 250 g wheat flour. 120 g butter, 1 egg, salt - when kneaded the dough in plastic wrap to put in the fridge for at least an hour. Then extend it and put in a mold well to stab with a fork and put the oven at 200 degree to give a little color, remove and refill.
1 egg, 1 (200 ml) sour cream, cooked bacon and finely chopped onion, chopped pressed ham, grated cheese, salt and pepper .... and put to further baked at 200 degree still some 30 minutes until the filling does not get a nice color: -)

Really? This is one of the ways in which I prepare the pie too. Although I love the fruit. When you prepare the crust, cut apples and pears and alternately arranges them in 3 rings, sprinkle with sugar and bake. Serve with whipped cream. Also i love the strawberry.

wow, this looks wonderful in the picture. I often say cake similar to this. It is a pita. I say lazy pie. I say it is filled with fruits. Bake dough that must be dense and tight, going down bark, and fruits and then put the peel of the mountains. upper crust stab repeatedly fork that does not break until it burns. This is a beautiful and easy healthy cake.

Milan, I'm a big fan of pie, according to this I've seen I think is this pie delicious. My grandmother used to when I was a kid the rules called Savijaca, it's always been for breakfast and sour milk homemade. Today I can't imagine a meal without Pete. Thanks for the nice post, really nice recipe.
