Bread, 1-2 days old, cut into pieces. Whisk the eggs with a fork in a deeper dish and add the milk. Slices of bread to dip pour beaten eggs with milk and place in a pan with a well-heated, hot oil. Fry on both sides per minute, only a nice turn yellow and remove the bowl with the towel or napkin to soak up excess oil.
It can be eaten with yogurt, milk, cheese to taste when the likes as a supplement.

Oh yes .. this we eat at least once a week for breakfast. Someone called this fried bread and we call it "Moča". Always in the kitchen has a bread that was left, and eggs that are easy and quick to prepare. Bread must be aged in order not to split up when grilling. My husband likes it when through the hot baked bread spreads, rubbed with garlic. Then the whole house smells.

Today, few people make French toast, is that they do not know or will not true. I am a child when the village always ate French toast and I can tell you it's great. The first thing is edible and healthy is. This bread in bakeries is not healthy and while I eat I feel like it's a sponge.
